As a user of Ascend, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Right of Access (Article 15)
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Use the Data Export feature in the app or email us.
Right to Rectification (Article 16)
You can correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data at any time through your profile settings in the app.
Right to Erasure (Article 17)
You can request deletion of your personal data. Use the Delete Account feature in the app, and your data will be removed within 30 days.
Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18)
You can request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability (Article 20)
You can receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV). Use the Data Export feature in the app.
Right to Object (Article 21)
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing at any time.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise your data rights in two ways:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Privacy to access Data Export and Delete Account features directly within the Ascend app.
- By email: Contact our Data Protection Officer at info@nexusweaver.io with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
